She shares how she didn’t know she was an introvert until she met our host, Joanna in 2019 when they were both preparing for their TEDx talks. One quick conversation and she says she knew why I’ve been so tired throughout my career. Realising she was an introvert who needed time to recharge, she now understands her introversion and shares how she is a flourishing introvert.
